Terms and Conditions

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, requiring publication of rules and regulations, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of https://ktechpit.com ("Website"), including the related mobile site and mobile application (collectively, "Platform").

The Platform is owned and operated by Ktechpit, with its registered office at Kishanpur, Kotdwara, India (hereinafter referred to as "Ktechpit", "we", "us", "our").

1. Services

Ktechpit provides digital products and services, including software applications and features that are activated electronically within the Platform. All services are delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped. Once payment is confirmed, the application generates and activates your entitlement against your payment record.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information while registering and using the Platform.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all actions taken under your account.
  • You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
  • You must not tamper with, reverse-engineer, or bypass activation or access controls in the software.

3. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the Services as displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed in INR unless otherwise specified and may involve third-party gateways (e.g., UPI, payment processors). You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers.

Pricing may change at our discretion; however, any changes will apply prospectively and not to completed transactions. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Usage Restrictions

  • You may only use the Services for personal and lawful purposes.
  • You may not sublicense, resell, share, or transfer entitlements without prior written approval.
  • Attempting to exploit, duplicate, or misuse the Services will result in suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, designs, and related materials available on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Ktechpit. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services solely in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ktechpit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ktechpit, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or infringement of rights.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact us to seek amicable resolution. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to binding arbitration or mediation where legally applicable, or otherwise referred to the competent courts as per governing law.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kotdwara, Uttarakhand, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
