Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to digital purchases made through the Platform, including subscriptions, digital services, and application license activations generated automatically within our system. Since all products are digital, please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Cancellations

  • Once a payment is successfully processed and the license is activated in our records, the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled.
  • If you placed an order by mistake and the license has not yet been activated, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.
  • No cancellations will be accepted once the activation is linked to your payment record and usage rights have been granted in the application.
  • Ktechpit does not charge any separate cancellation fees, but payments processed through third-party gateways may be subject to their handling charges.

Refunds

  • Refunds are eligible only if a payment was successfully completed but the system failed to activate the license against your account.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the original purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
  • Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
    • Change of mind after purchase.
    • Accidental or duplicate purchases once activation is complete.
    • Failure to use the license or service after activation.
    • Technical or compatibility issues with your device/environment (our support team will assist in troubleshooting instead).

Refund Process & Timelines

If a refund request is approved by Ktechpit, it may take up to 5 business days for the amount to be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the actual crediting time may vary.

All refunds will be processed back to the same payment method used during purchase. No refunds will be provided in cash or to a different account.
