What You Get with a License
Every license — regardless of plan (30-day, quarterly, annual, or lifetime) — unlocks all premium features of the application. There are no partial or tiered feature sets; you get the full experience.
No. All plans give you exactly the same features. The only difference between plans is the duration of your license.
We offer 30-day, quarterly (3-month), annual (1-year), and lifetime plans. You can see the plans and current pricing on the checkout page for each application.
No. Every purchase is a one-time payment for the chosen duration. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals.
Purchase & Payment
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and PayPal for international payments. All transactions are secured by PayPal or the PhonePe payment gateway.
You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. This email contains your license certificate and purchase details. Activation is automatic — no manual steps are needed on our side.
First, check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not there, contact us via the support form or email us at connect@ktechpit.com with your payment reference and we will resolve it promptly.

Activation
Activation is automatic. Once your payment is confirmed, simply restart the application or go to the Accounts section inside the app and click the Refresh button. Your premium features will be available immediately.
No license key is needed. Your license is linked to your Account ID, which is automatically generated by the application. As long as you are using the same Account ID, your license is active.
Open the Accounts section in the app and click the Refresh button to force a license check. If the issue persists, verify your Account ID matches the one used during purchase using the License Status page. If you still need help, contact us.
Account ID
An Account ID is a unique identifier automatically generated by the application for your device. It is used to link your license to your installation. You do not create or choose it — the app generates it for you.
Open the application and go to the Accounts section. Your Account ID is displayed there. You can copy it from the app to use during checkout.
You don't need to remember it. Simply log in to the Self-Service Portal with your purchase email address and you can view all your Account IDs and license details at any time.
Devices & Migration
Each license is tied to one Account ID (one device) at a time. If you need to use the app on a different device, you can transfer your license using the migration feature.
Log in to the Self-Service Portal and use the Migrate Account feature. Enter your old Account ID and your new Account ID, and the license will be transferred instantly. A confirmation email will be sent once done.
The Self-Service Portal is a secure, login-protected dashboard where you can: view all your licenses and their status, check expiry dates, migrate your license to a new device, and manage your account — all without contacting support.
Security & Privacy
No. Our applications do not collect any telemetry, usage statistics, crash reports, or analytics of any kind. What you do inside the app stays entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
We store only what is strictly necessary to deliver your license: your email address (used for purchase confirmation and the Self-Service Portal), your Account ID (used to link the license to your device), and your transaction reference (for payment verification). We do not store payment card numbers, UPI credentials, or any sensitive financial data — all payments are processed directly by PayPal or PhonePe.
No password is required. The portal uses a one-time code (OTP) sent to your purchase email address for every login. There is nothing to remember, and there is no password that can be leaked or stolen.
Yes. We never see or store your card or UPI details. All transactions are handled end-to-end by PayPal (for international payments) or PhonePe (for INR payments), both of which use 256-bit encryption and comply with PCI DSS standards.
The application only contacts our servers to verify your license status — nothing else. This check is lightweight and does not send any personal data beyond your Account ID. If you are offline, the app continues to function normally using the last known license state.
